THE RELATIONSHIP DECIDES, IT IS ALL
We are committed to consciously growing respectful and loving relationships for all. The relationship we build with your child is the most important part of our work. When your child feels known, appreciated and secure in their relationships here with us, they are what we call ‘emotionally satisfied’. That means that your child is then ready to engage in quality play, which results in quality learning.
Centre Manager
I’m a fully qualified teacher with many years of experience working with children of all ages here in New Zealand, as well as in a nursery classroom in London.
My absolute passion is learning through play. The highlight of every day for me is seeing tamariki explore new ideas, develop their own theories, and, most importantly, have fun in this home away from home.

Centre Cook
Nikki is our wonderful cook here at Little Nest, and she’s truly a star in our community.
A mother of two young children, Nikki has a deep love for cooking and baking, which shines through in the meals she prepares for our tamariki. Living locally, Nikki is well known for her amazing food, and her ability to create nutritious, flavourful meals that children genuinely enjoy.
From wholesome lunches to delicious snacks, Nikki ensures every meal is packed with goodness, giving our tamariki the fuel they need to thrive throughout the day. We’re lucky to have her as part of our team, and the children always look forward to her food with excitement.
